Verification is what makes your passport worth something. Here's exactly what it involves for the trades you select.
Identity & insurance — everyone
Photo ID check and current public liability insurance, expiry-tracked. When your insurance renews, we re-verify. Lapsed cover means paused work, automatically — that's what keeps the platform's promise honest.
Gas work — Gas Safe registration
Business and engineer registration checked against the Gas Safe Register, including the appliance types on the back of your card. No registration, no gas jobs — no exceptions, ever.
Electrical work — qualification evidence
Competent person scheme membership (NICEIC, NAPIT or equivalent) or equivalent qualification evidence, with scope of permitted work recorded.
Specialist categories
F-Gas for air conditioning refrigerant work, and category-specific requirements where regulation demands them. We'll tell you exactly what's needed for the trades you select.
