Appliance repair & installation questions, answered

Can you install an integrated appliance?
Yes — integrated fitting (door panels, housings, alignment) is a common request. Mention it in your request so the Hero allows the extra time.
Is repairing a 9-year-old washing machine worth it?
Honest answer: usually only for simple faults (pump, brushes, door lock). For drum bearing failures on older machines, replacement tends to win. A good engineer tells you which side of the line you're on before charging you for the expensive path.
