Trust before scale
We'd rather launch with fewer, genuinely verified Heroes than a long directory of unknowns. Verification and quality come before borough count, category count, or any growth number.
Regulated truthfulness
We never imply a professional is qualified for regulated work unless our verification proves it — Gas Safe for gas, qualified and compliant for electrics. No exceptions, because the law and your safety don't have exceptions.
Evidence over assertion
Claims on this site trace to something checkable: a register, a document, a recorded job. Where we don't yet have the evidence — reviews, response statistics — you'll find honest labels instead of invented numbers.
We earn when work completes
No charging trades for leads. No selling your enquiry to five companies. The platform takes a share of completed jobs — so our incentive is the same as yours: jobs done well.

London Heroes is live — the company is registered, the trade mark is ours, the platform takes real payments with real payment protection, and founding Heroes are being verified now. We cover all 33 London boroughs around the clock, and everything on this site tells you plainly what exists today and what's coming — because a trust platform that starts by overstating itself has already failed.
