How is decorating priced?
Usually per room or per project after seeing the surfaces, because preparation is the real variable — a well-kept wall and a flaky, filled-and-sanded one are different jobs. Your quote is binding on London Heroes: it can only change through a variation you approve in-app.
Do you handle post-damp repainting?
Yes — but honest sequencing matters: the source of the damp must be fixed first (a plumbing or roofing job), then surfaces dried, treated and repainted. We'll say so plainly rather than paint over a live problem.
