The offer
15% off the total price of an annual boiler service, or of a new boiler installation, including replacing an existing boiler (labour, parts and the boiler itself), in a Hero's quote.
How to claim
Start your request from the "Book a boiler service" or "Quote for a new boiler" button on our winter offer, or from our Boiler service page or our Boiler installation page. The request form then confirms the offer, and your request carries it to the Hero who quotes. Requests started anywhere else on londonheroes.co.uk do not carry the offer. If you send your request without an account, our team keeps the offer on the job it sets up for you.
When it applies
The offer opens on 19 October 2026. Submit your request by 23:59 UK time on 31 December 2026, and accept your quote within 14 days of receiving it. The work must be carried out by 31 January 2027.
How the discount is applied
Your quote shows the full price and the price after the 15% discount, and the discounted price is the price you pay. It is the price protected by our Price Promise: any later change needs your approval in the usual way. If a quote also covers other work, the discount applies only to the boiler service or installation, which the quote shows separately. The full price is the price the Hero would charge for the same work outside this offer. We check offer quotes and ask the Hero to correct a full price that is not genuine.
Who can use it
Customers aged 18 or over, for residential properties in London. The offer applies once per property for a boiler service and once per property for a boiler installation.
What it does not cover
Repairs, breakdowns and emergency call-outs, landlord gas safety certificates (CP12), any other work, requests posted for open quotes, a customer-set price or Pro bidding, and requests made before the offer opened. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer, and there is no cash alternative.
Availability
The Hero Agreement requires current Gas Safe registration for any gas work through London Heroes. Availability varies by area and time — we'll always tell you honestly what we can do. If we cannot find a suitable Hero for your request, we will tell you, and you will not be charged anything.
Changes to this offer
We will only change or withdraw this offer for reasons outside our reasonable control, and any change will not affect requests already made.
Your rights
These terms sit alongside our Terms of use and the Price Promise. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights, including any right to cancel.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
