What this means: A person on the London Heroes team has reviewed the evidence for each credential. We are not the regulator — the registers are. We check every recorded expiry date daily, and once it passes the credential shows here as expired, never hidden.

At your door
From launch, every Hero carries a scannable code that opens this live passport — so what you see at the door is today’s record, not a laminated card printed years ago. For gas engineers, always feel free to ask for the Gas Safe ID card too; a genuine engineer expects it.
Reviews
Reviews appear here only after real, completed, paid jobs — never imported, never incentivised. This Hero has no published reviews yet. Read our review policy.
